The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way we live and work. We have implemented the following policies to ensure the health of you and our team.
Telephonic and Video Conferencing
Telephonic and Video Conferencing options are available for existing and new clients. We currently are not conducting in-person appointments.
Your Health Matters
To help ensure your documents arrive to a healthy environment and are returned to after their visit with us, we have taken these additional measures:
- All surfaces which our clients documents may come into contact with are cleaned regularly.
- Staff are required to report any symptom of the virus and must not report to work if any symptoms exist or is believed to exist.
- We continue to maintain standard office cleaning procedures for the well-being of our clients and staff.
Secured External Drop Box & Portal Available 24/7
The office remains client-focused, results oriented. This means that we will continue to accept all documents via our secured external drop box and our online secured portal.
